Readiness is not panic. Readiness is a life yielded to Jesus: prayerful, teachable, watchful, and committed to truth. The Spirit forms this posture in us as we remain in Scripture and fellowship.
When we fall, we run quickly to the Lord in confession. His grace restores us, strengthens us, and keeps us faithful until the day of His appearing.
