13.2 Mediation & Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of California.

Arbitration shall take place in Long Beach, California, and be conducted by a single arbitrator.
Each party shall bear their legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year from the date the dispute arose.

13.3 Opt-Out of Arbitration
