Gospel Foundations
From Watchman Writings — preserved by Soldiers for Christ.
Galatians 5:19-21 (KJV) names works of the flesh and warns that a life ruled by sin is spiritually dangerous. Scripture does not call us to fear-driven religion; it calls us to honest repentance and real transformation in Christ.
Hell is not a subject for sensational stories. It is a sober biblical warning that reminds us God is holy, sin is serious, and every person needs mercy through Jesus Christ. The gospel answers that warning with hope: Christ died for sinners, rose again, and calls us to new life.
Holiness is not self-righteous performance. Holiness is the fruit of walking with the Spirit, turning from sin, and obeying the Lord in daily life. As believers, we examine ourselves, confess sin quickly, and remain anchored in the Word.
Galatians 5:16 (KJV): "Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh."
If you have been far from God, come to Jesus today. Confess Him as Lord, trust His finished work on the cross, and receive His grace with a sincere heart. He is faithful to forgive, restore, and lead you in holiness.
